By making a reservation at The Burgundy B&B, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Reservations and Payment
- Full payment for the stay, through bank transfer, is due upon reservation unless otherwise agreed.
- For special rates or promotions, payment terms may vary. Please check the details at the time of booking.
2. No-Show Policy
If you do not arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notice of cancellation, you will be charged the full amount of your stay as a no-show fee.
3. Cancellations and Modifications
Direct reservations are not refundable.
4. Property Damage
- Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property or its contents during their stay.
- If any items are taken, lost, or destroyed, additional charges will be applied to cover the repair or replacement costs.
5. City Tax
As per city regulations, a city tax of €4 per person per night will be added to your bill at check-out. This tax is payable directly to The Burgundy B&B.
6. Check-in and Check-out
- Check-in time is from 3:00 PM. Early check-in may be possible upon request but is subject to availability.
- Check-out time is latest 11:00 AM. Late check-out may be possible upon request but is subject to availability and may incur an additional charge.
7. Quiet Hours and Behavior
- We ask all guests to be considerate of others and adhere to quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
- The Burgundy B&B reserves the right to refuse service or evict any guests who engage in disruptive or inappropriate behavior.
8. Special Requests
Special requests (e.g., dietary requirements, room preferences) should be made at the time of booking. While we will do our best to accommodate them, they are not guaranteed.
9. Liability
The Burgundy B&B is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage to guests or their belongings during their stay, except as required by law.
10. Privacy and Data Protection
Your personal information will be used solely for the purpose of processing your reservation and providing services related to your stay. For more details, please refer to our privacy policy.
11. Adults-Only Policy
The Burgundy Boutique B&B is an adults-only accommodation. Guests must be 18 years or older to stay with us. For the comfort and tranquility of all our guests, children are not permitted on the property. We kindly ask that you take this policy into account when making your reservation.
